Featured on our Program for April 2nd will be Dr. Morgan Sammons, Chief Executive Officer of the National Register of Health Service Psychologists; Dr. Pat DeLeon, the Father of our Prescriptive Authority Movement; Mark Taylor, principal of our IAPP Taylor Uhe lobbying team; and Dr. Corey Dabney, CEO and Chairman, Dabney Behavioral Health, in Chicago. Dr. Dabney will talk about the need for Medicaid reform in Illinois and is one of the underwriters of this networking event.
As always, I will be giving those psychologists and psychology graduate students, who are currently in training to become prescribing psychologists, an opportunity to talk about their training experiences; we will honor their recent milestones; and they will talk about their career aspirations as licensed prescribing psychologists. Finally, we will be hearing from Prescriptive Authority leaders, from around the country, as they give us updates on their states’ RxP legislative advocacy progress.

Because we will be doing an indoor program and because of the continuing concerns with Covid, we will be asking all in-person participants to send proof of their double vaccination status plus booster, prior to our event. We will also be asking our in-person participants to be 5 days beyond a known Covid exposure; and to test negative and to be symptom-free on the day of the event. For those who will be joining us, remotely, we will be sending our Zoom link when you RSVP as a remote participant.
